Not Excellent for Petite People

I bought this bag about two weeks ago in preparation for my trip to the UK at the end of December based on the fantastic user reviews. I tested it out on a day trip to Disneyland a few days back and had a frightful time with it. My back was killing me! I realized that this bag was not made for small people at all! I adjusted the straps as tight as they could go, but the bag still hung way too low. I am 5"2" and it needs to be about 2 inches higher to fit perfectly and not cause any back pain. If you are taller this bag would be perfect. But if you are petite, I would recommend going to REI and testing out bags in person.



I would acquire rated this two stars, but customer service was fantastic and they are refunding my money.

Fairly Versatile

The bag is and brilliant companion to haul fairly a bit of stuff and particularly like all the pockets and compartments. It"s a sturdy bag and very comfortable to drape across the back/shoulder.

Fantastic bag--just the correct size, the strap is long enough, feels comfortable on the body. It has enough pockets for us kangaroo types. What else can I say?

I knew this was the bag I was looking for after reading the reviews and it"s lived up to my expectations. One other thing I didn"t see mentioned in the reviews is that the contents don"t drop out of their interior pockets if the bag is turned upside down by accident. Also, if I forget to zip up one of the external compartments while I"m wearing it, the contents won"t drop out as I"m moving around with it. These are problems I"ve had with other bags in the past. I do wish the company would offer a leather version of this bag to dress it up a bit, but the bag still looks fantastic as it is.
